Online and phone sales are subject to a $2 per ticket convenience fee. To avoid this fee, purchase tickets in person at the Austin ArtWorks Center, 300 N Main St, Austin, MN 55912. Open Tue-Fri 10am-5pm & Sat 10am-3pm.
All tickets prices (online, phone, in person) include a facility fee (between $1-$3 per ticket) included in the advertised price. 100% of the facility fee goes back to the Paramount Theatre to help us cover the costs of operation (facility maintenance and upkeep, utilities, staffing, etc.) and is not subject to any fees by our ticketing vendor. Basically, it helps us keep the lights on and the place sparkling for you!
Accessible Seating Information:
For reserved seating shows, you must purchase an accessible ticket in order to obtain accessible seating. We ask that patrons without mobility issues not purchase seats in the accessible seating areas so that we can accommodate all our patrons’ needs. Each of our seven (7) wheelchair spaces has a companion seat that can only be purchased along with the purchase of the accessible wheelchair ticket.
For general admission shows, we will do our best to accommodate all requests for accessible seating. However, priority will be given to patrons with mobility issues. Friends and family members may be asked to sit in a section near accessible seating but may not be able to sit in the accessible seating area. For more information, please call us at 507-434-0934.

Group Sales Policy:
Groups can receive a discount of $5.00 per ticket for a single transaction containing 15 or more tickets to a single event. Seats are held with a non-refundable deposit of $150. Tickets are held without final payment until 30 days prior to the event, at which time, balance is due in full. Each group is offered 1 complimentary ticket for their bus driver/escort.
